This is the biggest room in the flat so you will have plenty of space !! Comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

The commonal kitchen features both a washing machine , dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Current housemates have a TV, Airfyer, blender etc which im sure would be open to sharing. There is plenty of shelf space that will be deligated equally.

Flat feautures two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath.

Bills are currently seperate through Huddle, set to be 101.09 per month for UNLIMITED bills, including wifi.

Anyone moving in must be LGBTQ + friendly as housemates identify under this.

Each door has individual locks which is great for privacy.

Current housemates are mainly students at Manchester Metropolitan University, studying Games Art.

Pictures attached are from before move i, apart from the living room which is current, this is just due to boxes due to moving out process.

IMPORTANT: To replace me on the contract and move in,, the contract must be fully completed, including the deposit and first month. The tenant must have a UK guarantor and undergo referencing as part of this process.
