Double room available in shared house. Common kitchen, living room and one bathroom, parking on street and back garden for hanging out clothes.
We are looking for a friendly female or male that is quiet, clean, organised, respectful of neighbours and housemates. We are professionals, from different countries, with different working time so respect and quietness are requested all the time.

Bills are monthly and vary more or less between 45 to 60 quid per person depending the season.

5 minutes walking distance from bus 111, 143, 142, 43, 42 and others.
10 minutes from Sainsbury's grocery store, not far from Aldi Fallowfield

No party animals, no smokers, no pets.
