Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a student house on Deramore Street, Fallowfield from mid-July (or August move-in).
The house is already fully sorted with 3 lovely housemates — all students going into second year.

On-street parking available
3 sociable and respectful second-year students — happy to chill together but also very chilled-out vibe. Not a party house, just friendly and easygoing.

✅ What You’ll Need to Do:
You’ll need to be approved by the letting agent (Thornley Groves) but the process is quick and easy. I’ll guide you through everything.
