Two rooms avaliable during August (1 month)

Two rooms available from Now to the move out date of the 31st of August. Would be ideal for students looking to stay in Manchester between moving places but there is no preference on who would like to stay. Will be myself and another house mate staying during this time both friendly and welcoming.

Both rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe space and desks. The house has a communal kitchen with a dining table, oven with a hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer and we have more than enough kitchen utensils to share.

The bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, toilet and sink with enough storage space to fit everyone’s needs. There is also a small downstairs toilet with a sink and shelf space.

The living room is communal but a section is currently being used as a storage space while we're getting prepared to move.

The Large south facing room will be £425 and the smaller room £280. Bills are not included and are split evenly between all housemates. A deposit and the months rent will be required in advanced to moving in. Council tax band is C.

The house is located a minute walk from the Fallowfield high street where the buses 42, 43, 142, 143 run frequently and will take less than half an hour to get into the city centre. The nearby Sainsburys is also a short walk away.
