Urgent tenancy takeover

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the next academic year until June. You can move in on 16th September. The place is in Fallowfield, nearby sainsburys. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath flat so you’ll have your own bathroom, rent is £670 without bills. You’d be living with a third year engineering student (male). Need someone to fill the room urgently so message me if you’re interested or know anyone who might be. The study desk and chair are mine but happy to sell them to the next tenant:)
