Manchester Student Accommodation - Non-en-suite

I am looking for a replacement female tenant for a room I had booked, but now need to cancel. It is the Bronze Non-en-suite with Dwell Student Living. Location: Fallowfield, Manchester (close proximity to both universities). Tenancy period: 13/09/2025 - 25/07/2026 (45 weeks). Rent (total): £6615 (paid in 3 instalments).
All bills included. The other tenants expect cleanliness and good hygiene as you will be sharing a living room and bathroom. As most landlords require, you will need a guarantor when agreeing to the contract. Please get in contact if you’re seriously interested.
