Double bedroom in a four bedroom house share. The bed is able to be expanded or converted from a double to a twin, depending on the needs of the tenant and has great under bed storage. The room has two cubby/bookshelf units and a clothes rail included. Rent comes to be 500 pounds per month. All bills included, including electricity, water, internet, and council tax. The house is shared with three other tenants who all work and there’s one shared bathroom with a tub, a living room with a smart TV and kitchen with a brand new induction hob with a built in air fryer!

The house is a two minute walk from a bus station that runs to city center at all hours of the night seven days a week and opposite of bus stop that runs to the airport directly. It is a five minute walk from a large Sainsbury’s and next to a cycling trail that runs all the way to Chorlton tram stop.
