Price 150 incl bills - great location super close to shops and bus transport. Nice friendly group of students, 2 mins from a bus stop, 4 supermarkets within 10 mins, 5 mins away from old moat park.
Huge spacious room with a modern kitchen and comfy sitting room. Who ever finds me somebody to take my room and sign the contract to take the tenancy will be paid 100£ for their efforts as a finders fee.
