Room For Rent In Manchester

Room for rent in Fallowfield, Manchester. The current occupier is on an international exchange in semester 2, so the room is available from January until the tenancy is up (July 1st). There are 7 housemates in the house already from varying different courses at both the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University. The room is on the top floor, so it is in a quieter environment, meaning you won't be disturbed by nights out/partying if you do not wish to be (but you are obviously welcome to join in as well!).

The house itself is about a 15 minute bus journey/40 minute walk from the University of Manchester and a 30 minute bus journey to the centre of Manchester. Buses from Fallowfield are also fairly frequent.

The room is relatively small (but its also super cute and cozy) and does not have an ensuite (shared bathroom with 2 other occupants, both boys), but the rent itself is cheap and there is plenty of storage in the room (it comes furnished), making it perfect for international students on an exchange in semester 2!
