Looking for student roomates (preferably at UoM)

no council tax as its a student house

Hey, I am a first year at Uni of Manchester and have a 6 bedroom house that I have secured in Fallowfield for next year. It's got really big bedrooms for a student house and 2 bathrooms plus one extra shower room, there is an open plan kitchen living room. There is also parking on the property and free parking by the property (if people want to bring their cars).

The people I have signed the contract with I don't think are interested anymore in staying in the house, so I am looking for some people who may be interested in taking it off our hands. I am tempted to stay as it's literally the nicest house we looked at, so far I have found one person that would be interested in moving in.

For housemates, I am looking preferably for girls going into second year (but open to a mixed group), people that are clean, enjoy to going out often, would be up for hosting pres and making friends (not just being housemates).

All utilities are included, the property is £179pp (per week) and its a year long contract - if a deposit is put down this comes off of your first month of rent

p. s there is a washer and dryer - a dishwasher - and a wrap around garden - all rooms are equal sizes and MASSIVE - it is also 3 mins from 256 and Sainsbury's
