There is on-street parking around the house and it is just around the corner from the bus stop with buses directly into both Man Met and Manchester University.
Conveniently located within walking distance of shops, and a park across the road.
The flatmate would have to be another student and it is available now until next summer. As this is a student-only let, there would be no council tax to pay.
