2 double rooms available Fallowfield

Hi my current two housemates are both going travelling so there is two double rooms available to rent.

They both have double beds and really spacious with huge wardrobes lining the back walls of the trim so plenty of storage space.

I have the en-suite downstairs so you will only sharing the upstairs bathroom with one other person, it has bath and shower.

Shared living room and kitchen, as long as this is kept today then no issues, just don’t leave stuff lying around in there. Living room got TV with all channels. A cleaner will come in once every two weeks just for bit of a clean of shared spaces and bathrooms.

The house is in a good location between Fallowfield and Withington with only 10 mins walk to both so perfect for transport links, also 111 bus stop right outside house to get you into the City Centre or down to West didsbury. Has the bike track literally 1 min away and we have a garage to store bikes also

I work full time in City Centre so out most of the time, happy to be friendly with people but if you wanna be left alone also no problem.

I’m dead easy going but No partying in the house. Occasional guest on a chilled one should be fine just ask 1st. I mainly just watch footy in the living room or occasional film/series , more than welcome to join

Both rooms are 650pm inclusive of all bills.

Will be available around 1st January onwards.
