Warm and cozy 6 bed houseshare (bills inc.)

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at my current accommodation until the 30th of June 2026, 3 dudes already live here (2 of us including myself are leaving at the end of this month because of scheduling), 1 student 2 working. It's all lovely and clean with a lovely living room, boys preferred.

The rent is £575 a month, with bills included. This includes WiFi, council tax, heating, electricity. If you have any questions about the contract you need to sign, give me a message.

The house is right next to a Sainsbury's (leave the house and cross the road), surrounded by loads of pubs, cafes, restaurants and takeaways. It also has a bus stop at the end of the road into town and a fuel station. I'd like to present to you the property from the 1st of February onwards, but I'm more than willing to adjust as per your needs.

2 bathrooms, a nice communal area as I mentioned and you would be getting a room right next to one of the toilets (downstairs room).
The stuff in the room is all mine and will be leaving with me, be assured I will clean the room before you move in :)))
