This is a friendly, relaxed household (2 second year Geography students) in one of the most desirable parts of Fallowfield, close to shops, bus stops Plattfield park and the universities. The room is fully furnished including platform queen size double bunk bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers and desk. We also live with 2 little black cats called Winnie and Frida who will ensure you never have a boring day in this house. As a house we play music and spend a lot of time painting and creating so if you are into that kind of stuff we will be sure to get along.
The rent includes everything - council tax, internet, water, gas, electricity, TV license etc.
The rent is £525 pcm. Reductions might be available in exchange for cat-sitting at some point in the future.
