Looking For A New Housemate

Looking for a fifth housemate!

I’m moving out in just over a week, looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

We’re a house of five (four without me) including Emily, Lara, George and Dan. We’re quite social (frequent visitors of our local or the Met if we’re feeling fancy) and love a joint house to show (traitors was not missed).

The room is the largest upstairs room - sharing a full bathroom with Emily and Lara.

The house is a seven minute walk from Withington town centre and a seven min walk from Fallowfield. There’s a frequent bus right outside our house that takes us into town or Burton Road.

3 of us work in law and 1 in tech/sales. 2 of us wfh a few days a week and the other two will start in March/April.

We’re looking for somebody quite social & clean & up for making the most of Manchester as we’re all into various things (run clubs/ Pilates/ snooker/ book clubs etc). We’re all 21-24 so looking for a similar age.

Rent is £520 a months - and we have a bill package that is £100 a month. So all in all it’s £620 a month with no other expenses.

Move in can be arranged fairly quickly and we’d be more than happy to meet anybody at the pub or have a viewing if somebody wants to see the house!
