Looking for someone to take over my housemates tenancy as they are leaving.
I'm quite quiet most of the time, at work most days and wfh 1/2 days. I enjoy socialising but also understand people need some time to themselves.
Ideally looking for someone else who is quiet (it's not a party house) but happy to socialise and by all means have people over, clean and tidy looking for the same.
Into cycling, anime, photography, gaming if you happen to like any of those to :)
There are birds living at the property, they are in my room but just in case of allergies.

Transport: Easy access to city centre and universities via bus routes (50, 41, 42, 43, 142, 143, 147) and a nearby Mauldeth road train station.
