Double room in fallowfield to make your own

A room in a lovely little end of terrace house with a big kitchen and solar panels! 🌞

This is a brand new tenancy with a start date of 7th march. Ideally we’d sign the lease together so that we’re both protected 💪. Otherwise past this date I will have signed the lease (as per the landlord’s request) and you will be sub-letting from me essentially.

Bills will have to be sorted as we go. The overall rent is £1200 a month, but I’ve priced the room at £550 because I think it’s only fair as I want the bigger room 🤷🏼‍♀️

The house is currently unfurnished with no white goods, which I am planning to sort out as I go. The fact that it’s bare gives us the opportunity to make it a really nice space that we both feel comfortable in.

It’s in a great spot within a five/ten minute walk to Aldi and busses that’s about 20 minutes into town past the unis.

You’ll be moving in with myself, my fat tabby cat and my two low maintenance corn snakes. I work 9-5 with 2/3 days from home, so I’ll be in to accept your parcels 📦. I am generally tidy and easygoing, with a chatty and artsy streak.

I love to cook, host and play board games, but I will respect your space and privacy! (Although I can’t say the same for the cat).
