Two large rooms available in a 7-bedroom student house, fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, full-length mirror and desk—perfect for students. One room is located downstairs with a shared bathroom between two other flatmates, while the bedroom upstairs has a bathroom shared between four.

The house has a fully equipped shared kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, toastie maker, two fridges and freezers, plus a dining table and chairs. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofas and TV. Other amenities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, big garden, and a parking space.

We are a friendly, social group of female students, all very clean and tidy, and looking for a like-minded flatmate who’s happy to join our sociable household.

The location is excellent: 20-minute bus ride to MMU or UoM, or a 45-minute walk. Less than 5 minutes to the local pub and Sainsbury’s, and just off Winslow Road with shops, food spots, beauty salons, and nightlife including pubs, bars, and a local club.
