I’m sadly moving out of this lovely flat after two years, as I’ve now finished university.

The flat is in a great location — just a 4-minute walk from Sainsbury’s on Wilmslow Road, as well as Co-op and several major bus routes with easy access to the universities, city centre, Trafford Centre, Stockport, and Altrincham.

There is both on-street parking and private parking available at the back of the property. The flat itself is modern, quiet, and well maintained.

My current flatmate is a great person to live with. He works in the Biochemistry Department at the university and is respectful, clean, quiet, sociable, and mindful of personal space and privacy.
Ideal flatmate is a mature student or working professional.
