We are looking for another person to fill a room in our house from 1st July 2026, in 3 bed in Fallowfield / Rusholme on the 111 bus route.

*Band A property for council tax
*Not suitable for students , and you will require a guarantor for this property

We are currently 2 girls, Em and Ellie, between 25-30 and looking for someone within this age range, who is clean and respectful, it’s a super peaceful house so we want to maintain this vibe.
