My beautiful Apt in Fallowfield on Wilbraham Road, a stones throw from the shops, bars and restaurants will have a room available mid to end of July.

It has 2 bedrooms but my daughter will be moving into one of the bedrooms for her 2nd year as an art student at MMU so the single fully furnished room will be available.

She would ideally like to share with another female student.

All rooms furnished to a very good standard and the single mattress was only purchased recently but only used as spare.
Plenty of storage in single room.

The Apt was renovated recently and has a beautiful kitchen and open plan living area with a sunny and bright aspect.

There is onsite parking included if you have a car or for visitors.

The price includes wifi

Water and electric will need to be paid for between the 2 of you.
An estimate of these costs would be around £100 each pcm.
