One room available 550pcm

Myself (Freddie) and Robyn are looking for a flatmate to take over the last room as they are moving in with their partner.

The flat is tucked away from the chaos of Fallowfield so you get the benefits of a well connected area without the noise of the student area, the flat has also been renovated and painted recently. The room available is the first photo (the room with no decorations, but comes with the bed and wardrobes) the other two are taken.

We are in our mid twenties, both working in a 9-5 (I am 8-4, in a school) so looking for someone with a similar schedule and age range ideally. Me and Robyn are close friends and love a good pub visit, movie night, craft night, going to rock/punk/indie concerts and keep active with yoga, climbing/bouldering as well as travelling abroad and hiking/camping. Someone with similar interests would be perfect.

We are both smokers (outside only) and Robyn is vegan so being okay with these is essential.

Having a clean, respectful house is important, we also don't want to live with any rowdy students, or anyone working late night hospitality (we have both been there and are happy to be out of it).

Also major bonus points if you own a cat !! (we have an old boy in the flat currently but he is moving out with the current flatmate)
