Spacious Double Bedroom in Fallowfield

The house is located in Fallowfield adjacent to Platt Fields park and is a couple of minutes walk from the oxford road bus route and a 15 minute walk from Manchester University. We are offering a large double bedroom with a queen sized bed, desk and wardrobe in a two bedroom house for rent. The bedroom has just been replastered, painted and a new carpet put in.

The house is fully furnished with the following common spaces -
Lounge - two sofas, 32inch tv and coffee table
Dining room - 6 seater dining table, side table
Kitchen - fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and washing/dyer machine
Bathroom - large bathroom with shower, bath, sink and toilet.
Bills - Will be split 3 ways equally

You will be sharing the house with me, my fiancee and 2 adorable cats Milo and Maddox. I am a 30 year old Architect and my fiancée is a 28 year old Teacher. We are very relaxed, tidy and enjoy cooking, drinks with friends and a good BBQ. We are kind, friendly and easy to live with so we are looking for a like-minded Post-Grad or Young Professional but will consider all.
