Double room to rent! Also friends :)

Hi! Myself and Sami have a spare room in our 3 bed house I am at a drama school in Manchester and Sami is studying law, we love to go out and also chilled nights in. We enjoy cooking meals together, and would love to hear from you! Our house is in fallowfield and a couple of minutes walk to fallowfield centre. We are also a stone throw away from fallowfield retail park with shopping centres, doctors and Sainsburys :) if your interested I can send you some pictures :) Our rent is 217 pound a month and around 40-50 a month for bills. We don't just want a house mate, we would love a friend :)
