Bedroom Available In Fallowfield For 1 Semester

1 double bedroom is available in a 5 bedroom house for the maximum stay of ONE SEMESTER as I am studying in Melbourne from July to Dec/Jan and need someone to fill my room. It is a 2 minute walk to the nearest takeaways, supermarkets and bars and is directly opposite Owens Park and the bus stop which goes directly to the Universities and the City centre. The house has a spacious open plan kitchen and living room with two bedrooms downstairs, 3 bedrooms upstairs which all are a very similar size, and also 2 bathrooms. It is already furnished with a double bed (with mattress), double wardrobe, desk and chair.
