1 housemate wanted for September

We're currently looking for a 5th housemate for September. There are 4 girls at the moment and we are all going into our second year at Manchester Met university.
We are all friendly girls who get on really well. We are considerate and mostly tidy. We love going for nights out as well as staying in and watching movies etc.
The house is located in central Fallowfield just off a main road, so it's really near bus stops, bars, shops etc. There's two bathrooms each with a shower and all the rooms are of equal size with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk with a chair. Rent is £93 a week, with WiFi, TV licence and bills included. If you are interested please let me know :)
