I’m looking for someone to take over my lease asap.
The rent is £255 per month which include water rates, internet and TV licence but not gas and electricity. The deposit is £300 and this is refunded at the end of the tenancy. My tenancy expires on the 15th of June (possible option to renew it)
In the house there are four rooms (we are all students) and one bathroom and a livingroom.
There is a fully appliance kitchen (washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave, cooker, kettle and utensils and plates). There is wireless internet.
The house is 20 minutes walk from the university on Oxford Road.
