House in nice neighborhood

Available April 1:

- Located in Fallowfield, not in "studentville" but in a nicer part with a mix of students and professionals.
- Located 5 mins walk from Withington, 10 min. from Didsbury
- On many major bus routes
- Quiet area
- Large private garden
- Two bathrooms (1 up, 1 down)
- Large, shared lounge/dining room
- Spare room (which can house guests or possibly a fourth housemate, especially if he/she only needs the room for short visits to MCR)
- You'd be sharing with 2 other housemates (me and someone else).
- Current lease lasts until August 5 but you could probably move in sooner if you need to.

I'm a PhD student at the Univ. Manchester. Moved here from the U. S. I'm also a musician so I spend a lot of time either at uni or out performing music. I'm very considerate with my music though and will never bother you. I only play when nobody's here. I also enjoy cooking and exercising.

I'm able to remain in this house if I can find two other people. In case I can't I'm also looking around for something else. In my search so far I haven't found anything as nice and as inexpensive as this place. Seriously, 270/mo. for a big house with only two other housemates is a great deal. Everything else I can find is like 300/mo. or more, with four or five other housemates. So if you like having some space, a reasonably priced house, a good landlord, and at least one friendly housemate then you should come see this place.
