Short Term Let - July 14Th-Sept 14Th, Fallowfield

I am looking to rent out my room over summer for 2 months until the 14th of September. The house is availible from the 13th of July.

The house is fully furnished and well decorated with a nice kitchen and lounge. The house had 5 bedrooms, but 2 of these rooms will likely be empty over the summer. The house is located on the Moseley road, a 5 minute walk from bus stops on the Oxford road. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. There is a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and a TV.

The Price per week is £55 and that is including everything; electric, internet, gas electric ect. I ask for a deposit of one month’s rent.
