Description
4 bed house, currently being refurbished to a high standard by the landlord. The landlord is connected with MMU sport so we know him well. Communication with landlord is clear and regular.
No deposit required, bills included. £65 p/w cant really be argued with. Contracts are being drawn up as we speak and are due to run until the end of June 2015. Contract will essentially start on September 1st.
As said before we are all sporty and represent MMU in various societies and sports teams.
We are all going into third year, degrees include History, Accounting and Business.

There are currently no pictures as the house is going to look completely different to the way we saw it a month ago. The room available is on the ground floor. Double bed, Cupboard and desk will be provided.
