We have a big room available for rent in a four bedrooms house in Manchester Fallowfield, M14. Fully installed kitchen. There's a shared living room and a garden in the house. Parking space is also available.

Very convenient location. 5 minutes walk to bus stop, 24 hours bus service to the city centre or airport. close to the MU and MMU. Near to banks, post office, Tesco and Sainsbury, which are all within walking distance.

£280/M for the rent, not including bill. The bill will be shared with all the housemates. One month rent as deposit is required. The room is available since 18th March.

We are looking for a cleaning, tidy housemate. Minim stay is 3 months, no smoking, no pet and no social benefit. Student is preferred but not necessary.
