Lovely room for rent in friendly house share! We are two young professionals, looking for someone similar to move into our house share at the beginning of October.

The room offered is a great size, has a double bed, plus other furnishings including wardrobes, chest of drawers and a bedside table.

The house is spacious with a homely feel with two other bedrooms, and spare single room, living room, bathroom and kitchen. It’s situated close to all local amenities, with great transport links to the city centre and Didsbury and 5 mins walk to Withington.

The flat has TV and internet which we pay for on a monthly basis, along with the usual utilities (e. g. gas, electricity). Rent is £325 per month plus bills.

We are two friendly and sociable females, we enjoy cooking or going out for food and having the odd drink or two at the weekend. We're looking for someone similar who is looking to make some new friends and find a new home.
