Short Term Double Availble in Friendly House Share

Hello! We are currently looking to rent the third room in our home due to our long serving housemate moving out.
It is a double room, furnished and parking on the drive available. We have Sky, broadband, front and rear gardens, and good sized living room and kitchen. All bills are included too.
We also have two bathrooms so no quing in the mornings.
The room although a double is a little small but bigger than a box room - I'll add photos shortly! Ideally this room will be let on a short term basis as the room will be unavailable from November 16th due to me going travelling and the house being let as a whole.
