47 Kingswood Road, Fallowfield, 1 room

Hi guys, unfortunately one of our housemates wont be joining us at university again next year so we now have a spare room going at £82 a week for room and wifi ( utility bills not included).
The house is a 6 man semi detached on Kingswood Road, Fallowfield stones throw from a corner shop, 4 minute walk from the bus stop and next door to a park. It also has a large garden with 2 sheds.
The house has 2 floors 3 bedrooms per floor with a bathroom on each floor. The room available is downstairs.
Spacious room with modern interior (see pictures), the kitchen (with dishwasher) is large with lots of space, the living/dining room is comfy with a large leather sofa and armchair. All the rooms have a new 32 inch tv in them and the lounge has a new 50 inch tv.
We have 3 girls and 2 guys currently (2nd years, 4 medics and an architect).
Looking for a social and tidy individual.
