Spare room to rent on Lombard Grove

We have a spare room in our 6 bedroom house and we're looking for a student, going into 2nd or 3rd year, although 1st years are welcome. Living on Lombard grove we are in a prime student location only 5 minutes from Sainburys, the room is average for a student house with a double bed, we have 2 toilets both with shower facilities and 1 bath. we have a communal kitchen and living room, spacious enough for 6. The rent including bills comes to £375/month. there are 4 guys and 1 girl were all into our music, our favourite clubs include ruby lounge, venue, deaf institute and south! if you would like to come view the house or want anymore information please get in touch!
