Student, double bedroom accomodation

Newly refurbished 8 bedroom Edwardian student house. 2 minutes walk from fallowfield high street (sainsburys, revolution and nandos on the street). Right in the centre of the student community! the only bills will add up to just a few extra pounds a month. Broadband is already set up, house overall is way above student standards. Both sexes welcome though 7 males already living in house and sharing a garden with 8 girls next door. Ideally a student looking for the typical uni experience as we will be going out regularly and drinking in the house but everyone's easy to get along with and welcoming of course!
