1single room available in a lovely house share

We are looking for professional house mate ( must be tidy and friendly) to move into our beautiful house share and stay with us for at least a year. The room available is single on the first floor. It has wardrobe, chest drawers, table and a shelf. The price of the room is 210 and the bills are not included, which would be around 55£ a month.
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet downstairs and bathtub with overhead shower and toilet upstairs, so no queues in the morning!!! We have a spare room what we use for drying our clothes, nice living room with the fire place, open plan kitchen with gas cooker. There is a garden in the back of the house which is nice for BBQ in a sunny days. There is a parking space available at the front of the house too.
It takes around 20 min. to get to town centre from princess road with frequent services from early morning to late evening and the bus stop is only 5 minutes away. Also its easy to get to Chorlton or Fallowfield centre where you can shop at Morrisons or Sainsbury's. Big Asda is just 10 min. away on the bus too. There is new Aldi open 10 min. walk from home near the Fallowfield library.
We are friendly, easy going and quiet, so its definetely not a party house. So if you are interested, please text us to arrange the viewing.
