The house is on Lees Hall Crescent, which is a quiet road in Fallowfield. The house currently has one male and two females, and myself but I am wanting to move out due to not wanting to stay at university. The house has a large garden and also a driveway, shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge. The room is a double and comes with a desk, chair, drawers, bedside table and a wardrobe. The actual price is £325 per month, but the bills are through a company called split the bills, which is just under £60 each per month. The deposit is £375 which is returned at the end of the contract, the contract ends at the end of June 2015.
