Room available, Fallowfield.

Hello! I’m looking for someone to rent a room from January 2015 to July 2015. The house is on Brailsford Road, Fallowfield, and the rent is £82 per week and I have already paid for the water, gas and electric bills up until March 2015, after March you will have to contribute to bills but in total it should come to £90 per week. The other residents are one girl and four boys who are all second year students and will make every effort to make you feel welcome. They’re all brilliant cooks so that there’s enough of a reason to move in! The house is a five minute walk from numerous bus stops and supermarkets. It is a half an hour walk from the University Campus on Oxford Road and a fifteen minute journey by the bus.
The bedroom in question has a double bed, desk and desk chair, and a wardrobe. It is adjacent to the kitchen and one of the two shower rooms. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, clothes washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave and hob/oven, and is adjacent to the living room, where there is a television, two sofas and two tables.
