Lovely newly refurbished room on quiet street.

I have a nice two bedroomed terraced house with my two gorgeous kittens. It's essential that the new tenant likes cats.
The room has brand new bed, carpet and blinds. Furniture includes wardrobe, desk, shelves, chair and drawers. All in excellent condition, some brand new.
£300 includes rates, gas, electricity, and unlimited wifi and is payable in advance on the 1st of each month.
A bit about me - I'm 35, sociable, chatty, like a beer or six, like going to gigs and usually have some music or the radio playing. I work full time standard hours. I'm fairly house proud, so really need someone who's clean and tidy. I have varied hobbies which mean I'm busy and out quite a lot during the summer months. I am a smoker, but I only smoke outside in the yard.
