Small Student Studio, Fallowfield, Manchester.

A lovely cosy student studio based in the heart of the student hub Fallowfield in Manchester. Lots of useful shops at your doorstep, 15 minutes to the centre of Manchester. I am also willing to negotiate rent per week. I am a student at the university of Manchester and I have loved staying in this studio. It's a great environment and very secure.

It is £170 a week, but I am willing to drop slightly lower as I need to rent it out for the summer because I am going home. The Studio is in Ladybarn house which is mostly full of postgraduate or international students, so it is very quiet. The area it is in is in Fallowfield in Manchester, which is a student area but will be very quiet over the summer as all the students go home. It is a 5 minute bus ride to Withington the next town, which is really lovely. The room is a small studio, with a double bed and a small kitchen, it also had a desk and a built in wardrobe. Also has a great bathroom with a great shower. There are lots of shops on your doorstop, including tesco express which is across the road, well you can see it from my window! All bills are included.
