Garden/ nature fan wanted to complete houseshare

My back room is available when the current tenant moves out to be closer to her job. We’re a friendly house when we do bump into each other but fairly quiet especially at night so we’d like someone who’s stable in a routine/ moves like a ninja when everyone's in bed.

I'm looking more for Mx Right Now than Mx Right so someone who's just moving to the area and wants to get a feel for Manchester or a student doing a 3 months placement is probably a good fit.

The house has shared bathroom with bath and overbath shower, shared kitchen, patio with pot plants and shed, shared living/ dining room with dining table and sofa. Wifi throughout. I have an allotment around the corner so there is private green space with a big open shed where we have gatherings to which you'd be invited or can go alone to chill out/ read/ garden/ yoga on the deck.

I'm increasingly away looking after my parents, travelling or working so someone who enjoys keeping the garden ticking over and might even want to get involved with it would be ideal.

The house is at the edge of the student area, 10 minutes from the airport bus route (where you'll also find Fallowfield Sainsbury's and the centre of all the student nightlife), 1 minute from the closest bus route (50) and has a retail park with a Iceland and Home Bargains and the cycleway and corner shops about 100m from the house.
