Richmond Park Halls - Room Available (UoM)

I am currently looking for a University of Manchester student (Essential - as that is all the university will allow to live here) to take over my lease at Richmond Park (A High demand halls of residence). It was a 42 week contract, which began on the 14th of September, therefore you will be living there for the remainder of the contract.

It will all be done through the university, so it will be easy, straightforward and obviously legit.

It is £136 a week, but within this you have all of your bills included, an amazing sense of community, a variation of personalities within the flat, who like to go out together, or have s quiet night in and cook dinner together. In addition, there is an on-campus amenities building, bar, computer cluster, cafe, and much more.

I am moving out due to personal reasons, and therefore I am looking for someone to take over the contract as soon as possible.
