Hi, I have previously lived in this flat last year, however moved back home. Now I am looking to move again here, however I need another female to move in with as there are 2 bedrooms, both ensuites and fully furnished.
It is £101 a week (average £434 a month) excluding bills, and as we would be students, we wouldn’t not have to pay council tax. With bills, it would be around £490 per month.
It is a 2 bedroom flat situated in rodmill court on wilbraham road, with links nearby. A bus station is 5 minute walk away, and is close to the MRI hospital. One bedroom has a shower ensuite, whereas the other bedroom has a bath ensuite. Beautiful modern flat, and a really nice landlord. Deposit is £500 each and will be paid back at the end of the contract. The contract is from July 2018-July 2019.
I, myself am a student nurse in my third and final year at university.
