Salford Quays and ever popular Chorlton are within walking distance! Bus 15 -a direct route to MRI, Uni campuses and Piccadilly stops less than 100m away by The Quadrant roundabout ..
Fiberoptic 5G wifi, courtesy folding bike allowed on tram and bus, free off road parking and easy access to local amenities with corner shops, cash points, pub, restaurant and take-aways right at our doorstep ;-)

The house has 2 double bedrooms , one being the guestroom the other for myself. A third smaller room in-between the two is used by my 'threenager' girl
