Double room: £695 (including bills and wifi), this room is on the whole attic floor and is the only room on the attic floor. Very large bedroom, you have to see it to appreciate it.

The bedroom includes a wardrobe, chest, two desks & two chairs, lamp, bedside table, kettle, toaster and microwave.

There is a washing machine and dryer that you can use in the laundry room. As well as fully equipped kitchen, with a shelf in cupboard, fridge and freezer for sole use. Modern house.

We are a family living in this newly renovated beautiful large family home with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Me, my husband and two daughters live here, who are 10 and 5. The house is generally quiet and nobody is home during the day, once the girls are in bed around 8ish again the house is very quiet.

Ideally, we are looking for a quiet, honest single female who can respect our household. Our previous tenants have stayed for a year each with no issues. This is a safe family environment.

As part of your lodger agreement you will have access to your room, a shared bathroom (only used by yourself generally ), the kitchen to use when cooking and the laundry room for using the washing machine and dryer. We are an immaculate household, so we would expect you to keep the bathroom and your bedroom clean, as well as kitchen after use. The bathroom, although shared, isn't used by the family often as we have en-suites.

No pets allowed, and no guests. This is a lodger agreement. The house is 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The family use 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.
