Double room: £800 (including bills), the whole attic floor as only this bedroom is on the attic floor. Very large bedroom, have to see it to appreciate it.

The bedroom includes a wardrobe, chest, desk & chair, lamp, and a bedside table.

We are a Muslim family of Pakistani heritage living in a newly renovated large house with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Me, my husband and two daughters live here, who are 9 and 4.

Your bedroom is in the attic and the only room in the attic.

Ideally, we are looking for a quiet, honest single female who can respect our household.

The room is currently available. You will have access to a shared bathroom and your room, as well as kitchen; we are an immaculate household, so we would expect you to keep the bathroom and your bedroom clean, as well as kitchen after use.

No pets allowed, and no guests.
