Double Room Available in Chorlton

Hello there!

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely house in the heart of Chorlton. The available room is a bright and spacious double, perfect for relaxing and recharging. The house itself has large communal areas, including a cozy living room ideal for movie nights and a dining area where we often gather for meals. We also have a beautiful garden that’s great for summer BBQs or just unwinding with a cup of tea.

As a household, we’re a sociable and easy-going group who enjoy cooking and sharing delicious meals (bonus points if you have a signature dish you’d like to whip up!), watching films together and heading out on hikes or exploring the great outdoors when we can.

We’re looking for someone sociable, tidy, and respectful to join the house. The contract would be for 11 months starting 12th of January ( there is some flexibility with thise move in date), and we’re hoping to find someone who’s ready to make this place their home.

Our house is in a fantastic location in Chorlton, with great transport links and plenty of amazing local cafes, shops, and bars nearby. Rent is £440 per month, with bills shared between housemates (approximately £55 monthly, including council tax). Rent comes out on the 2nd of each month so for January all that would be required is £200.
