Based in Firswood, Manchester, M16. A few minutes’ walk from Firswood tram stop and Chorlton. With on street parking Close to Manchester United and good transport links to the city centre, the universities, as well as hospitals. Walking distance to transport links and many shops.

Double room: £690 (including bills and broadband). You will have the whole attic floor to yourself as there is only one big double room on that floor. Have to see it to appreciate it.

The bedroom includes a wardrobe, chest, desk & chair, lamp, and a bedside table.

You will have access to the kitchen for cooking and a shelf in the fridge, freezer and cupboard. There is a washing machine and dryer that you can also use (Fair Usage).

We are a Muslim family of Pakistani heritage living in a newly renovated large house with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Me, my husband and two daughters live here, who are 9 and 4. We also have another lodger, a 23 year old female student, who works and is a lovely person. Generally the house is very quiet during the day. The children go to sleep by 8-9 pm usually, so again the house is very quiet after then too. We live on a lovely quiet street.

Ideally, we are looking for a quiet, honest single female who can respect our household. It would be perfect for studying or working from home as the house is very quiet during the day, and also after 8pm. You are also the only person on the 2nd floor, so won't have any disturbance.

You will have access to a bathroom on the 1st floor (see picture). it is only used by 1 other female, as the family all have en-suites in their rooms.

The room is currently available. We are an immaculate household, so we would expect you to keep the bathroom and your bedroom clean, as well as kitchen after use.

No pets allowed, and no guests.
