Room To Let In Lovely Whalley Range

Hello,

We're Heather and Jake, two housemates looking for a lovely person to join our 3 bed home, since one of our housemates is moving out within the next couple weeks. The move-in date is the 10th of August.

A little about us: Jake is 23 (but wiser than his years!) and works full time Sunday-Thursday as a barista in a restaurant. Heather is 25, and has recently moved here from Canada and also works in a restaurant when she’s not travelling around. We enjoy a nice balance of being social and having our own space. We love cooking, exercising, being outdoors, and going for a drink with friends! It's not a party house, but we're always happy to have friends over for drinks or dinner.

We're looking for someone friendly, open and easy going (and pretty tidy!) who will treat the place like home.

The Tenancy as it stands is for 3 months but there is an option to extend further if the rooms continue to be filled. Plus our rent didn’t increase with the new contract so fingers crossed there won’t be a rent increase either.

Room is unfurnished, rest of house is furnished. Council tax bracket C
