Perfectly placed for easy access out onto the motorway network, the house is conveniently located for the excellent bus routes into Manchester City Centre ( 15 minutes away) and all surrounding areas, with a 5 minute walk to Firswood Tram Stop.
The property has gas central heating, security alarm, dishwasher and washing machine etc. a garage, both off and on street parking and a well kept rear garden. The lounge also features a log burner for those winter nights making the house nice and toasty.
The room is a double bedroom which measures 10ft by 20ft. It has a neutral decor, with painted floorboards and a lovely feel to it. Currently, there is a double bed, clothes rail, desk and chair and chest of drawers and a dressing table.
